FMCG · Summer

1.8 million units for a campaign in 12 markets.

The brief

The brand needed an exclusive product for its summer campaign. The same SKU had to work in sampling, on-pack and point of sale across twelve countries, with an eleven-week window. No catalogue product answered the brief.

What we did

Product development and sampling, tooling and on-site production. Three colourways and the inserts required for each market. Distribution was split between consolidation in Cornellà for six countries and direct delivery to the client’s 3PL in the remaining six.

Result

  • 1.8 million units
  • 12 markets
  • 11 weeks from sample approval
  • 97% of stores in stock at launch

420,000 gifts with purchase. 18 countries. One simultaneous launch.

The brief

A media and trade campaign required the GWP to be available in 18 countries at the same time. The operation included 420,000 sets, inserts in three languages and destination-specific packing.

What we did

We developed a single product SKU with inner material adapted by market. Production and control from Shanghai, packed by destination and shipped consolidated to the brand’s European warehouses. Daily production and dispatch follow-up in the last two weeks.

Result

  • 420,000 units
  • 18 countries
  • Under 0.3% packing incidents
  • Agreement renewed for the following year’s programme

Product and display for 2,400 stores.

The brief

The campaign required display and promotional product to arrive together at 2,400 stores. In earlier operations, separate suppliers had caused a mismatch between POS arrival and product availability.

What we did

We developed the display and the product inside the same project. Goods were packed by route and a six-week replenishment programme was put in place.

Result

  • 2,400 stores served
  • One coordinated product and POS operation
  • 6-week campaign window
