What marketing and procurement usually ask.

What is the minimum order?: It depends on the product and how custom it is. For bespoke manufacturing, tooling and specific developments we work mainly on volume projects. We also run annual programmes that group several campaigns. Send us the brief and we will confirm quickly whether the project fits.
How long does a sample take?: It depends on product, material and customisation. As a guide, many developments can have a sample in around 10–18 working days. We confirm the calendar before each project starts.
How long does production take?: It varies by product, volume and origin. As a general guide, many productions need four to eight weeks after sample approval. Critical dates are reviewed before we accept the project.
Do you work with frame contracts and tenders?: Yes. We can prepare product documentation, calendar, commercial terms and the quality and sustainability information procurement requires.
Do you have your own warehouse?: Yes. Our Cornellà de Llobregat headquarters has a warehouse from which we can consolidate goods, prepare orders and manage distribution.
Can you work with client-nominated suppliers?: We can integrate them when they meet the technical, quality and compliance conditions the project needs.
Who manages the project?: An account owner coordinates the project with our development, production and operations teams. The client keeps a single counterpart throughout.
