Data we collect

Through the contact form we process name, company, corporate email, estimated volume and the message you send. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Purpose and retention

To handle the request, prepare a proposal and, where there is mutual legitimate interest, maintain B2B contact. We keep requests for the time needed for the quoting process and for a maximum of 24 months if no contract is signed, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.

Recipients and rights

We do not sell data. Hosting and email providers may access data under a processing agreement. You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability by writing to info@mpromo.es, and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
